Comfort, excellent seating, 3 zone ACC, Excellent design, top of the line sound, amazing performance, well, I guess that why is this car top of the line from ML series.

Very nice leather in interior, love keyless feature - your keys stay in the pocket all the time :-)

I was really surprised by fuel economy - in city 17l/ 100 km is excellent for 6.3 engine, on my way to shopping in USA average 11l/100 km - and that is just amazing !!!!!!

Well you can't get anything better for that money so if you are looking for SUV or family car and your budget is somewhere between $40000-$50000 - you will never by sorry for this one :-)

I have had no problems with this car, I brought it pre-owned it has been a good buy. It has been good ride during winter time and has gotten me out of some hot spots as well.

This car is an outstanding example of German engineering at its best. Quiet, luxurious, responsive, safe, roomy, loaded. Fun to drive.

Endless series of electrical and mechanical problems. Relay in the left front headrest, shorted and burned, processor that controls rear door lock failure, processor that controls stop lights failure, broken window switch, failed low pressure fuel pump, back up camera works only when it feels like it, windshield wipers come on on hard left turn, radio comes on on hard right turn, broken bolt in tailgate hinge, oil leak back of turbocharger, oil seal failure on oil intercooler in the v of the engine, engine shut down by itself but eventually restarted on two occasions. Navigation system is cumbersome, otherwise what's not to like. Several service reps have expressed that my problems are not unique to the my car. Various dealers the car's been to (breakdowns appear most frequently when on vacation), have been very helpful. Mercedes emergency roadside assistance was very helpful on an evening when the car refused to start - it's a good feature. Car has 100,000 kilometers (62,000 miles) on it at present. Fortunately I bought extended warranty for the car, and the repair bills now exceed it's cost.

This vehicle is absolutely amazing on fuel economy with the diesel engine. I have nothing but positives for the car. Mercedes-Benz is a very reliable name and service for this vehicle is always top notch. Never any problems.

It is great luxury car, perfect for families and children. No car is safer than Mercedes Benz. German cars are the best and Mercedes is best of the best. It is very reliable. This car doesn’t consider an economy car but it has lots of power with 8 Cylinder 5.0l.

Horrable on gas 6.3 litres almost $200 to fill up the tank. There was a loud rattling sound in the dash couldn't be fixed.

Best car I've ever owned and I've owned a lot. Unfortunately I have to sell mine due to personal reasons. Will get another one one day for sure.

Nice vehicle, other than some reliability issues. The fuel economy is pretty atrocious as well. The ride is comfortable, and the SUV feels safe on the road, even on high speeds and in snowy conditions.

I have been using this SUV from last 3 years, it has been quite faithful, I just wanted to cut down to one vehicle. it is a beautiful vehicle with moon roof,

I have had this car a little less then a year now and am starting to see several issues with electrical components. Entertainment system crashed, Mercedes Dealer tells me this happens and no fixing them. Now the rear wiper blade does not work, rear tail light never goes off while driving. I just keep waiting for more bad things to happen. I would certainly NOT recommend getting one of these older vehicles. I have had several other issues and this car to me is just not worth the headaches.

The ride is good the leg room no complaints. As I hear from everyone the engines fun forever its the rest of the car that gives out.

At low speeds, the throttle response is terrible and shifting can be rough. This takes away from what is otherwise a nice car. As an AMG, it should have better shifting performance, the long delay when you press the gas makes it annoying to drive in the city and even dangerous. You givemitngas and have to wait for a second before it goes.

Keyless entry systems also a weakness, it activates to easily and then does not respond well.

Overall, I want to get rid of the car because the issues outweigh the positives.

This truck is the most relaxing ride you will ever get. Whenyou drive this truck you will be amazed. It also has a Bode system so it gets better with a 6 cd changer and a mp3 player !!!

The radio has recently gone out and I am told I will need to replace it.

The NAV system was horribly out dated with no real way to update it with what I was given.
Had a few other problems that have occurred mostly minor.

The big expense was a seal that was telling the engine it always needed more fuel.

I would not go out of my way to purchase this model again.

The car handles well and is comfortable but you do feel a lot of the bumps.

I am sure there are better SUV's out there for the money.

Great experience with this car, the only problem that occurred was the AC unit that broke but it was replaced two weeks ago. Terrific fuel economy, very comfortable to drive, lots of power, and extremely dependable. Very spacious interior and trunk.

I'm actually sad to see it go. I love it so much I'll be replacing it with the same model new. I used it for business, as a hockey mom, trips to the cottage and other long trips. It's great on gas, really comfortable, lots of luxury items, and has dealer installed REMOTE start which is great in the cold weather, you can't get this on newer models anymore.

Very smooth and comfortable ride. Very luxurious. Powerful ride, very stable on the road and thus ensures maximum safety. Big tires to overcome any road barriers and snow. Beautiful exterior navy blue color and interior leather heated seats. Overall beautiful and powerful ride.

I have a 09 ML320 Bluetec with air suspension. Very comfortable and suspension can be switched to Sport for sharp cornering. Have been driving for 4 years, 75,000 kms now and so far so good. The only thing very annoying is the maintenance cost. I always sent to the dealer every 15,000 kms, and so far to 75,000 kms I already paid $5,000 for just the maintenance with nothing broken or worn. Other Germany equal competitors are offering prepaid maintenance with $6,000 for 8 years-160,000 kms all inclusive (brake pads, rotors, disc, clutch, fluids, etc). Now I'm just half way there and haven't changed any brake stuff or worn parts, already spent $5,000. Having previously owned 997 Turbo for 4 years and currently own 458 Italia, I can say the maintenance cost of Mercedes' diesel truck is more than Porsche 997 Turbo and getting close to Ferrari's high performance super car. Mercedes Canada should offer prepaid like the MBUSA does.

A Great SUV, want to buy another newer ml 500, love it,rides like a sedan, it has a comfort ride or a sport ride switch, you chose the type of ride you want, a must have if you can,
